Once you've contacted us about your project, we will confirm that Mercer Island Construction is a good fit for your project. We specialize in exterior landscaping projects including hardscaping, retaining walls, landscape installation, irrigation, ground leveling, concrete driveways & patios, outdoor entertainment spaces, outdoor fireplaces, patios, decks, and outdoor lighting. Our team works on projects in the greater Seattle and eastside area within the Puget Sound region.
INITIAL CONSULTATION
During our initial consultation, we’ll go over your ideas for the project, your budget, and the scope of the project. Everything we do will be based on what’s established at this initial consultation. Our team will then put together an estimate for you to review. Mercer Island Construction is happy to work with budgets large and small.

Once we’ve established the basis for our work, we’ll move onto the next step, which includes:

Your budget will drive the project in terms of design and the type of materials we use. We’ll determine which aspects of the project need permits, and we’ll prepare a final estimate so you will know what to expect once we’re done. This will all be outlined in your construction contract.
